wtf i cant join battlenet europe .. yesterday was ok and today i cant join about 12 hours .. wtf .... can rest servers ... how i can see if my IP banned ! ?

The IP address last used by this account was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml.
