WoW Payment Problem (Can't pay, can't post)

As my topic title suggests, I am aware that this isn't the right forum but I can't post in the wow forum because my account is inactive because of my problem which is that the account management thing won't accept my gamecard. And because I waited until now the phone line isn't and won't be staffed until tomorrow. And the webform wants me to scan my gamecard, because everyone owns a scanner, clearly.

I bought the card only a few days ago, it should be good for 60 days; the case was sealed and the card hadn't been scratched, so what's going on?

Please note that when dialing our 800 number, it may occasionally ring as a busy signal or you may receive a message such as "the number cannot be completed as dialed" or "that phone number is no longer in service." If you receive one of these types of messages, please try again in about 5 minutes or so, as that simply means that our phone system temporarily could not accept any more callers. Rest assured, the phone number is still in service, and our Billing department is working as quickly as they can to assist everyone properly.
