why you dont fix that bug ther is if you go to fast into a server with different characters then you cant log in sorry for my bad english

It isn't a bug at all, it's done intentionally to get users to slow down. The game servers simply can't handle the increased load they'd be put under if everyone was constantly bombarding them with new game creations. This restriction system, though not perfect, is what we've come up with. Without it, you'd be seeing game queues instead and likely waiting much longer before getting in games than you would be by waiting a little bit between them now. This system's been in place for many years now and it's not likely to change any time soon I'm afraid. I suggest you adapt and slow down your game playing style to limit being restricted.
