I am running Windows 7 and have been playing the single player campaigns. In the human campaign on Chapter 6 rather than loading my screen simply goes black. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have tried xp sp2 and 3 mode, and running as an administrator. The game is fully patched and I have tried reinstalling it.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
