Ok, I just installed Wc3 TFT, and updated to the latest Battle.net patch. However though, when the game restarted after the patch instalation, I encountered a 'FATAL ERROR!' It reads:

c:\program file\warcraft iii\war3.exe
Exeption 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:15019B9E

The instruction at '0x15019B9E' referenced memory at '0x56413F2E'.

And tells me to insert the WC3: TFT Disc on a seperate window.

I the copy off the online Blizzard store.

I run on a 32-Bit Vista OS.

Reianstall the game and then patch it.

You may want to choose another location to avoid issues with the UAC for Vista.

I usually make a folder named Legacy Games for my older games.
