Vista- 'Starcraft has stopped working'

Whenever I play a game of starcraft, after about 20 seconds (right before I can build the SCV/probe/drone) starcraft shuts down and I get an error message saying 'Starcraft has stopped working' and then it gives me the option to check for an online solution. Everything else is fine. I can create games, join games and start games, and everything works for the first 20 minutes (I can chat to allies, move my units, etc.). It is just that after every single game, after 20 seconds, the game closes and i get the error message. I've tried searching google to solve the problem and it told me to disable DEP (Data Execution Prevention) and UAC (User Account Control) and shut down. I've disabled both of these, several times and shut down several times, yet the problem persists. My firewall and everything has been disabled.
