Im trying to upload SC2 replays to send to friends/post on youtube. So i go to replays, hit save, find the file and its unable to open it with any video player. Im unable to load to youtube,says i need to convert the file and it wont let me.

The replays that the game creates are openable by the game engine. They are not video files. This keeps the size smaller and saves on hard drive space. You would need to use a program like FRAPS to take video of the game.
