Unable to Connect to Battle.net

I was able to log on once and then after that I get nothing but problems.

Dak,

First, try powercycling your system. Turn off your computer, then unplug the modem and router(if applicable). Wait a few minutes, then plug them back one by one waiting for each device to light up before proceeding to the next. Then restart your computer and see if the issue continues.

If it continues, try flushing your DNS cache as well as mentioned here:

If none that helps, which firewall are you using?

Dak,

Battle.net is currently working for Starcraft II at the time of this response. If you still can't connect, can you try disabling Forticlient temporarily and see if you're able to connect?

Also, try the following test:
