Unable to connect. invalid bnet server
by Dikgozinya | 07/02/2010 23:24:51![]() I tried logging onto Warcraft 3 for the first time in months yesterday and got this error: Unable to connect to battle.net. You may be trying to connect to an invalid battle.net server, If you are using a modem you may need to manually connect to the internet before connecting to battle.net. I've never had this problem before, so I did some research and figured I should download that Blizzard Diagnostic Tool and check it out. When I try to connect to any realm, it says I'm IP banned. I'm the only one with this game that is on this IP, I've never used any hacks, and I've never been banned for spamming or anything in all of the time I've been on battle.net, so why am I all of a sudden banned when I haven't logged in for a few months? I just checked and cant log on in Starcraft either. |
by Lucytr | 08/02/2010 00:03:07![]() Hi, Dikgozinya I'd like to pursue this further by email. Would you be willing to email me some details about your current situation? I'll need things like the CD keys you're using, the IP address where you connect, the account name(s) used and the specific Battle.net servers you've tried to log into. The reason I want you to email me rather than posting it is for your safety. Email it to forumtech@blizzard.c To get your IP address, go to http://w Again, PLEASE, don't post this information. If you do, you risk having your keys stolen. All knowledge is worth having. Click Here to take survey and let me know how I'm doing! https:// |
