Hello I have not been able to connect to battle net since March 18th. I think i got banned for repeated attempts with a invalid cd key as I could not properly read what i had written down. Do any of the blizzard tech guys have any idea how long I have left on my restriction? I checked again today and I can log onto Asia only on Diablo 2.

There is a restriction on the connection you use to reach Battle.net. That means that this connection was detected violating the terms of use in one of the manners described below.

- Spamming text in the chat channel (often associated with bots)
- Repeated attempts to use an invalid CD-Key
- Repeated use of third-party programs (hacks) these include but are not limited to sending bad packets, flooding the server(s), and the use of hack programs

Restrictions of this nature can last form several days up to two weeks.

There is ten days left on this restriction. If the issue has lasted longer than two weeks than it would have been multiple restrictions. Since the times will not increase during the restriction this means the restriction would have lapsed and then the actions that caused the restriction occurred again and another was put in place.

Technical support does not have access to the reason a specific restriction was put in place and We do not have the ability to remove the restriction. The only thing I can recommend is trying to connect every couple of days to see if the restriction has lifted.
