I'm not here to whine about why I shouldn't be restricted or something. The phones seem to be tied up for technical support, so now I'm here. I just want to know if there's any way to find out what I did wrong, and how long it will be before this restriction is lifted. Thank you.

BTW : It's USEast and USWest I am unable to connect to. : /
