Good Morning/Afternoon Blizz team!

Issue #1: On game exit, Starcraft 2 freezes and goes into a "Not Responding" state.

Issue #2: (Its more of a question) Is it normal to have to "Agree" to the TOS and BETA consent on every log-in? For instance in WoW, you just do it once, then its gone, until a new patch or something is out.

Computer Info:

Windows 7 - Home (64bit)
AMD Phenom II 550 BE 3.1GHz
Raedon ATI 4800 GC (I forget the exact specs)
4gb ram
etc.

Issue 1. Can you also post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the first half of the dxdiag file (down to the "DirectShow Filters" section for Windows 7) into your reply.

Issue 2. Try right clicking on the game shortcut, then right click and "run as administrator", agree to the ToS one more time and it should save next time.
