Say for example I had an account that has a beta to SC2, and an account that doesnt. Could I log onto the game with both accounts? or just the account that has the beta attached to it?

Only the account with a valid Beta invite will be allowed to login.

Otherwise everyone would be in the Beta right now :P

I didn't encourage having more than one Battle.Net account. I was asked if it would be possible to log with an active beta account and one without beta. I replied that this isn't possible.
I can hardly see any encouragement here. This is just how the system works.
