Trouble Installing Wc3, D2
by Spirittauren | 06/01/2012 21:22:57![]() I've recently bought a new HP laptop, with windows 7 and i get the following error message when trying to install Warcraft 3 and Diablo 2 Exact Message: "The version of the file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computers system information to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64 (64-bit), and then contact the software publisher" I've tried running every compatibility mode and have been screwing around with it for a bit. Any help is much appreciated, thanks [ Post edited by Spirittauren ] |

"The version of windows is not compatible with the version of windows you're running." Are you sure you're reading that right? What are you clicking on that produces the error message? What's the exact filename of what you're trying to open and how are you opening it? Are you just double clicking it? Where exactly did you get it? Technical Support is available 7 days a week, 8am-8pm Pacific Time I'm available 11am-8pm Tue-Sat |
