Seems like after every game now my status becomes locked and i have to wait a while to get to play another game...

I have to use a proxy service to get playable ping, not sure if this is causing it?

Does the proxy keep a stable route or does it alter at frequent intervals?

If the last IP for the proxy changes often and the IPs used vary greatly in geographic location then it might lock you out because it looks like account sharing.

You may want to ask your proxy service about how their routing works and how often they change the route taken.
