Starcraft II : Digital Game Purchase Failed

Hi !!

I have a european Battle Net account (i'm living in France).

I bought last saturday (nov 16th) a digital version of Starcraft II, but i received an e-mail on Monday saying that:
"This notice is being sent to inform you that we were unable to successfully complete your recent purchase for one or more digital games from the Blizzard Store. The charge for this digital game on your Blizzard Store order was not finalized.

Since we could not fully authorize this item’s purchase, the game license in question has been removed from your Blizzard Account."

I do not know why this happened, i might some ideas though :
- i am currently living in Singapore for a 6 months exchange program, and i purchased the game from there, while the only address registered with my BNet account was a french address
- i am sometimes using a VPN (running on a server located on a server that i own) to browse the web, and i probably connected to my Battle Net account, and use the Blizzard downloader using while connected that VPN. Thus my IP address is switching between a singaporean and a french one, whether i'm using this VPN or not.

- usually when i try to pay online with my visa card from a foreign country, i need to to "verify" my payment through inputting my birthdate or by receiving a sms code. I was not asked for either of this when i paid last saturday.

So which one of these is the cause for this purchase failure ? What should i do ?
I already sent e-mails to the support with these explanations above, still awaiting answers.
