In several gameplay videos barbarian doesnt fit to me in a very "barbarian way to attack". He attack fast, pretty standard, flavorless, barbarianless, looks pretty dull to be honest.

I think his attack movments should be may be a little bit lower, but dealing more damage, and the animation of his swings should give an impression of a brutal, mercyless animal fighting
