I am getting severe mouse lag. My mouse gets stuck scrolling for 3 seconds and I'm on the other side of the map. I can play overall okay, but it's impossible to micro units!

Obviously I have tried the "Reduce Mouse Lag" option and lowering my graphics settings. My graphics look fine and the game behaves amazing otherwise, my temperatures are also fine. Video card maxes at 65 C and Processor maxes at 60 C. Not the best, but not hot either. My mouse works fine doing anything else on my computer, it's very responsive.

4 GB DDR2
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit version

I'd be happy to post more PC specs or any other information. Please just give me some ideas.

EDIT- Also my framerate stays above 80 in game according to FRAPS. I don't see how this can be a PC performance issue.

Can you also post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Press the Windows Key and R
Type in: dxdiag
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the data from the dxdiag file into your reply.

Can you try these newer drivers for your video card and see if there is any improvement:
