[QUESTION] Warp Gate

It's easy to get around with a proxy pylon or warp prism, but I think it would be nice to let it be done using your teammates psi field. I mean Zerg x 2 teams could always make buildings on each others creep. A nydus canal ftw. In fact, with the Zerg's new mechanic of nydus worms, I think it could be legitimately fair to use a teammates psi field.

Granted it makes it easier than Terran floating/building in a team base or zerg making a nydus worm, but it's not like Zerg are sparse on numbers or Terrans can't use reactors. Meh 100-200 minerals for Protoss. Big deal.

Q u o t e:
When you play as Protoss you can use to warp gate to warp stuff anywhere on the battlefield, provided that it is into pylon power. Ok cool. But what if you are playing another Protoss player? Can you then warp in on his/her pylons as well? And what about allied Protoss players?

In other words:

A: Can you warp in on an allied Protoss player's pylon power?
B: Can you warp in on an enemy Protoss player's pylon power?

Personally I think the answers should be:

A: Yes
B: No

But can anyone confirm this or set the record straight?

A: No
B: No
