For Windows Vista and 7 users: Click Start and in the "Start Search" field type "msconfig" and hit Enter. In the General tab: 1. Choose Selective Startup 2. Disable (uncheck) Load startup items 3. Click OK and Reboot Windows XP users: Click Start and select Run, then type "msconfig" and click OK. In the General tab: 1. Choose Selective Startup 2. Disable (uncheck) Load startup items 3. Click OK and Reboot Then try patching the game again. If you continue to have issues, then try more steps here: http://u Technical support needs your feedback.
