I have installed the game on my laptop with a second beta. i can download the game fine but at the end of the patch 10 update it keeps repeating...

I have dl'd the mirror for patch 10 and put it into the updates folder with no results.

I have tried to force install the patch by renaming the file and putting it in support and hitting the blizzard updater with no resuluts and an error screen...

I have reinstalled the whole game etc...

Are you on Vista or 7 and if so have you tried launching the game by right clicking on the short cut and choosing run as administrator?
