No Confirm Email
by Str | 23/04/2010 22:03:17![]() Hi, I made a new account on on the 20th of April for my new zeal paladin, but when I checked my email Battle.net never sent me a confirm. I tried to do a password reset on my account, just to see what would happen and I never got that email either. It's been well over 24 hours and I should of received something by now. To test this I made a few more accounts all using the same email address and it's not sending anything either. They're registered to a personal domain that I own myself and I've checked the settings for the emails and there's no spam guard or anything setup. It should receive all emails.. perhaps Battle.net isn't able to send emails to my own domain email addresses? Whatever the case may be I would like to be able to get this problem situated right away. |

There are times when password wont work but an email change will so you may want to give that a shot. Also, try emailing support@blizzard.com from the registered email address and explain the issue. Leave another email address as well and ask that you be CC'd at that email address because of your issues. Sometimes the direct emails will make it through where as the automated ones wont. We might be able to assist you if we can get an email from the registered email address but we really need at least that in order to verify account ownership. Technical support needs your feedback.
