New Screenshots!
by Kingbdogz | 28/01/2009 14:15:23![]() Today Blizzard updated the Fansite Kit with some new screenshots never before seen, they reveal a few art changes. In total there are EIGHT new screenshots. These are the following and I will point out some changes in them:
Nothing much new here, but you've got to admire the environment, and the doodads are Godly.
Nothing new here, it's just a different view point of a recent screenshot.
We can really see something new here, first of all, this confirms creep is now team coloured, you can clearly see that there is purple team colour on it. Second, here we can see the roaches attack is redone, it still has it's acid spit but the acid is a lot thicker. Third, the Queen is at it's original state now, we can see this by it's size and model.
This screenshot doesn't show much, but we can now see a few things. The Zealots Psi Blades now have a misty glow to them, it looks brilliant. Also, the Immortal has a new light coloured projectile instead of it's usual bright blue zap.
Nothing new here, but I think the Ultralisk got a slight reduction in size and has a darker skin.
Nothing new here, but hey, it's a new screenshot so who cares.
Nothing new here either, but we now know in the campaign we will be in some sort of Terran City.
Well nothing significant here, but I think we can see the Collosus has got an update on it's beam, now it has a bigger explosion when the beam hits the ground. I may be wrong though. There are also some other goodies in this Fansite Kit including unit and building renders and some other cool things. Source: http://starcraft2.co NOTE: I did the quotes to make it stand out more. For instance, Hellions now burn Marines to a crisp when they are destroyed by the flames. Dark Templars also end up eviscerating Marauders in a ruthless fashion. In our next batch we'll see if we can emphasize on some of these new additions made. |
