Hey everyone,

We've received reports that some players are having their sounds options for 5.1 or 7.1 setups not work. If you are having this issue or similiar issues occur with sounds in the game, please post the following information.

• Operating system & service pack version
  
• Operating system speaker setup
  
• Sound card & driver version (see dxdiag for this)
  
• In-game speaker setup

Also please include any other configuration options you think might be relevant. If there are some in-game setups or Operating system speaker setups that DO work, please list those as well.


To obtain a DXDiag:
- Press the Windows Key + R at the same time.
- In the Open: field type in dxdiag and click the OK button.
- Click Save All Information, then open the file and copy the requested information into your post.
