Hmm, so I was playing Warcraft III the Frozen Throne earlier today and realized how much I use the ping feature when playing with allies. I was wondering if SC2 will have a similar feature. Is there any word on this so far?

Also, on a related note, I was wondering if they could move that button that changes the color layout of the minimap. I hate when I am trying to use the minimap and accidentally hit that button and then I can't tell who my allies are and who the enemy is at quick glance.

The ping feature feature is currently in StarCraft II. I agree with you, using this feature when playing with allies is very important.
