Bashiok, there seems to be a flurry of not-happy regular forum posters that are upset about the prospect of losing their anonymity on the Blizzard forums.

I read over the links that Nethaera posted, and I can understand the value of some of the changes that are upcoming, but I really cannot fathom why forcing all Blizzard forum posters to reveal to the public their full names is a good way of dealing with flaming / trolling / whatever forum problems Blizzard is trying to address.

Why can't our names only be revealed to Blizzard employees and those on our friends' list?

Some of us feel a little betrayed. I know I would appreciate you making some sort of commentary on this controversy.
