As zealots were finishing off my Thor, I went to pick it up. Apparently it got picked up at the same time it died. It resulted in visually showing the Thor attached, but the medivac functioned as if it were empty, and continued to let me pick up another Thor.

We are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved in a future patch. Rest assured that this is purely cosmetic as you have stated. :)
