You could email the information to beta.techsupport@us.battle.net as well. We should respond thanking you for the information and then we will assign it over to the hacks team. It ends up in the same mail box as the webform so I usually try to cut out the middle man.

The team that investigates these issues is not really designed to interact with the community though if they need more clarification they have been known to ask which is why we don't take reports through the forums.

As for confirmations. I know I have confirmed a couple of Warcraft III hacks on the Battle.net forums. We can't really give much in the way of details regarding the issues. Saying more than we are investigating the issues and seeking a resolution would really tip our hands and give the people that develop hacks an advantage they don't really need.

So while we may not say much, it would be a bigger disservice if we said more as it would only give the hackers a leg up.
