Lost control of accounts

So my B.Net account gets compromised, I do everything to secure it other than an authenticator (Stupid, looking back at it). Get my account back just for it to get taken back again just as I get my SC2 key, not only this I get my Gmail account completely locked out! So it turns out the issue was gmail security.

Either way, I know my accounts have been compromised, I don't care about that anymore. I took even more security steps, reformatted, scanned etc. and now I am trying to get access to both my accounts back under a new email address to make sure there 100% secure.

Google being useless with there crappy recovery system is making it impossible to get my account back under control, so I had to go to every website I visit to change email, password and everything to a new email account.

But when I get to blizzard, "- A fax, scan or digital image of nationally recognized photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs)."

OK that's fine'ish, I take a photo of my expired passport (I am not paying £100+ to get something I will never use probably) and contact blizzard again, and they get back to me with 'Expired ID not valid!' WTF!?

I don't drive and do not intend to drive, so I cant prove my ID by this and I have no other form of Photo ID other than my student card! So I am now trying again with my Student card, my passport photo again and photos of my game boxes and CDKeys just to prove that it is me. But as you guys are proberly thinking the same as me blizzard are just going to say this is not enough to prove that me is me..

Any idea on what I can do to re-secure my accounts?
