Hey all. I'm currently working with a Pentium IV, 3.00GHz.

My current video card is the NVidia GeForce 6200 (apparently common model, though under recommended for this game.)

What I'm here for is to ask what video cards you guys might suggest?

Keep in mind, I am looking for good performance, and would prefer to be able to play ABOVE all low settings, but I am also poor. So I guess I'm looking for the best price per performance video card that my computer can handle.

I know the minimum is the GeForce 6600, which is nearly 7 years old, and will probably cost in the range of $50-70, depending on where I get it, but I don't even know if this will be compatible with my machine. I am not too good at the inner workings of computers, and I am scared to go inside of mine, for I might break something, haha.

So, again, what are your guys' suggestions for the best price per performance video cards for a Pentium IV, 3.00GHz computer? I will provide any information I can without opening up my computer, if you need more.

We can not provide recommendations but you may be limited by the motherboard. Do you know if you have an AGP or PCI Express slot in the board? If not can you provide any informaiotn on your motherboard such as make and model?

Please be aware that a P4 is also an older CPU and may limit you as well.

Press the Windows Key and R
Type in: dxdiag
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the data from the dxdiag file into your reply.
