Why can't we submit in the Vespine Laughs contest?

It is extremely annoying - I have been trying for weeks now, but when I add my file, it never appears in the file-box. I then submit, but a red sign appears beside the file-box saying that it is a REQUIRED FIELD.

I know quite a few others who are also having these troubles.

PLUS: The new comics are out. The ultralisk one is amusing.

I tried to find Liars Anonymous but I could not do so because they always put the wrong addresses on their advertisements.
