If so many people want better communication

Blizzard loves there fans and Blizzard does listen to the community. If you guys came together and dedicated yourself to this issue you could solve this problem. But the first step involves organizing and a certain level of maturity. We do listen to all of these and we do take a lot of feedback as well. Though at the end of the day, trust that we know what we are doing ;) |

For those who may be new, or may not have known, many of our blue posts are consolidated into our Q&A Batches. We originally started the StarCraft II forums with random replies but have found that consolidated posts with several questions made it easier for the community as whole to follow (including international where all Q&As are translated and launched simultaneous). Additionally, we started adding specialty features like chats with devs or insights into art development etc in these Q&A batches. Nonetheless, we still like to jump in on the forums to answer some impromptu questions, though much of this depends on the quality of threads on the forums. In total, we've answered over 400 fan questions since launch spread over the Q&As and fan site interviews and will continue to answer more questions as things heat up towards StarCraft II beta. But again, we need your help in getting those solid questions. |

A lot of this is true - our development process has been more transparent than any other game at this stage (pre-beta). There is a lot of information out there and the general community knowledge base of a game that hasn't entered beta is pretty high. When beta starts, the conversations will change and become more complex. |
