by Schwein.confed | 10/04/2010 18:41:45![]() The first game i play goes smoothly and the second, but once it gets to say the third or beyond the frame rates start chugging, now when i first checked the task manager the memory it was using was quite low, then i checked after the first game and it had doubled then after the 2nd game it doubled again and so after the 2nd game it became almost unplayable so i would have to restart the game and it would be low again, now idk if this is a computer problem or game problem but i just figured i would point that out. |

by Charlesps | 14/04/2010 03:01:17![]() Aetyrno is correct. 100 is very high. Only do the following if you are comfortable working inside your computer. Remove the case and clean out any dust with short controlled bursts from a can of compressed air. While the case is off check to make sure the fans are working (do not touch the fans, it will hurt). You can also aim a desk fan at the open case and see if that resolves the issue. If it does you may want to add a fan or two inside the computer. Remember that proper air flow in a computer is in from the front and out through the back. This is maintained by a closed case. The case should not be left open beyond these tests.
