After I had updated the Warcraft III to 1.24b from 1.24 on BN,I found sometimes I couldn't connect to BN.

Today I failed all the attempts to log on. I ran the Bnetdiagtool and it showed that I was IP banned.

I never cheat and I'm using a real copy of game. I have played the game for the last two months without problems as well.

Absolutely! Anyone sharing the same network can get you IP restricted. It happens a lot in college dorms, in fact. One person gets the whole building IP restricted. It stinks, but there isn't much we can do about it with our current setup.
