I can no longer log in.....

For the past 12-15 hours I have been unable to log into battle.net. When I open SC2 the login screen comes up but all it has is a slot for my username, no where can I put in my password. When I try to click 'Connect' a screen pops up that say's battle.net is temporarily unavailable or I am not connected to the internet....well I have been connected to the internet the whole time and obviously since no one else is having this issue battle.net is quite available.

What should I do?

Thanks.

Hello Perseverance

Q u o t e:
I still cannot log in, could a blue possibly help me?

What is occurring now?

Is it the same error as before even though you are now able to put in the password?

I don't see how my local ip is important in the trace. Unless they have me blacklisted somehow in a firewall on their end.

If you go to www.whatismyip.com it will tell you your external IP. the one you use to communicate with online services.

If you look at the IPs you clipped odds are one of those might be close but none of them will be the same IP.

The IPs can give us some insight as to an issue but it is not likely. It is usually if we see a number of IPs reserved for private use that it can point to a problem.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network

Those would be IPs in the following ranges

10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255

A large number of these could point to a large Local Area Network or an ISP that uses radio type connections.
