So, Here is the deal, I have been away from the Battle.net scene since almost 2008 waiting on starcraft II to make my return.

So I decide hey lets play wow, only to find out my accounts banned, someone hacked it... No biggie it was restored but i still couldn't play.

I set up my battle.net account merging which went fine, got my games in and registered... OH wait that gets hacked to....

So now I have multiple reports from Blizzard my account has suspicious activity. A friend online telling me my wow character I have not played since 2008 is online farming something or other. \

After many attempts to contact Blizzard itself my phone, (your call volumes are to high to allow anyone to go on hold). I have heard nothing from anyone on their end...


And now to top it off, whomever stole the account paid for an authenticator so I can not get in to change anything other than the password, since they do not have my e-mail password... You know I kind of wish they did at least then there would be legal ramifications.


So please BLUE if you can lend me a hand please do!

First of all, this does not belong in the Battle.net forums but in the WoW Customer Service forums.

Second, the hackers have caught on to Authenticators and are using them to buy time to strip your WoW account of all goodies before you can get it back.

Finally, I'm locking this thread as it has nothing to do with Starcraft, Diablo, or any of the Battle.net games addressed in these forums.
