Hello!

I've been enjoying the beta for about two days, and I've run into a crash problem: The last two games I attempted to play simply caused the game to crash, as well as one game yesterday - it caused no slow-down to my system, nothing 'locked-up,' there was no blue/black screen, and I received neither warning nor notice that the crash would be reported. The program simply... ceased, and I was at my desktop.

The first two times it happened I was about 1~2 seconds into the game, after selecting my workers and attempting to issue a gather command; the third time it was right as I finished loading the game and was waiting for my opponent's load to finish. All the games I have played have been with the "find match" button. All three times I was able to log back on immediately afterwords, with no problems - the first two I was playing a game less than a minute later, the third happened about 10 min ago and I rebooted and posted. With the exception of my internet failing, I have encountered no other program errors but this.

Has this been encountered before? Is there something I can do to prevent it from happening? Is there any other way I can/should report this problem, and how else should I proceed?

Can you also post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the first half of the dxdiag file (down to the "DirectX Components" section for XP, down to the "DirectShow Filters" section for Vista) into your reply.

Also, are you running any other programs while playing Starcraft II?
