Dragon balls in Diablo!

So, by now, we've all noticed that there are dragon balls in the game, as you can see by the barbs fury system.

My question is, tho, do you have to be a barbarian to collect all 7 dragon balls, since you already have 3 of them. Or can you kill a barb and steal his dragon balls? And where will we be able to find them?

Oh, and can we go Super Saiyan/Saiya-jin? Pretty Please?

Sorry, I don't get it. Like the "over 9000" Dragon Ball Z? I've never actually seen show beyond that video. I don't watch Sunday morning/after school cartoons any more. Can someone explain it for me?
