My friend recently got a beta key, although when he goes to download it it says "Navigation to this page was canceled." Can I tell him anything that will help?

Try resetting the LAN settings on Internet Explorer.

To do this open up Internet Explorer and go to the following
Tools then Internet Options
Click on the Connections tab
Click on LAN settings at the bottom.

Please make a note of all current settings in case you need to put them back

Check the box labeled Automatically detect settings and uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN press OK and try again.
