when I try joining a game I get a "download failed" error. I'm assuming this means the map failed to download. I tried starting a custom game but it still wont download. I also tried downloading the map outside a game. Does anyone have a fix or a link to download the maps?

Edit: I have my ports open, my antivirus and firewalls are off.

Can you try deleting your cache for Battle.net?

It should be located in the following folder:
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net
