Can you post some network information?

* Operating System (XP, Vista, Etc.)
* Firewall (McAfee, Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc. – please include firewalls that have been disabled and mention any firewalls that you have uninstalled including trials)
* Network Adapter and Drivers (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21137)
* Router make and model (this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)
* Cable or DSL Modem make and model
* ISP (Internet Provider)
* Location (City, State)

Disabled firewalls can still affect security and uninstalled firewalls can leave traces behind so if you are removing McAfee please make sure you are following their instructions for its removal:
