I do know what the failed to join or unable to join game means typically. You get it when the game drops out and you are unable to join games for a few minutes because Bnet will still detect you in a game.

This is not the case. About 8 hour before the ladder reset I made a new account and 2 new characters level 1. They were ladder characters. I then transferred gear from another ladder character onto the 2 new ones I made. The characters were not perm but, they did have the 10 day expires.

The next day AFTER ladder reset the new characters were of course non ladder. I tried to join a game and every time I get "Unable to Join Game" or "Failed to Join Game".

I have tried every day for the past 3 weeks with no success, always the same message. I have reset my router and still get the same message. I even had a friend try joining a game on the characters. He gets the same error messages.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or anything that Bnet can do to help me with this issue?
