Howdy,

I recently bought a copy of Diablo 2 and LOD expansion from a local store. I registered the CD keys to my battle.net account, So I thought they were good and all, But when I try to play on us.east or us.west it says that they have been banned. I know for certain that before this, the CDs were never opened, and the package was sealed.

I cannot take the game back as there is a no return policy on electronics and games. Is there any way Blizzard can check my account, See that I had never used these CD keys before last week and issue me new CD keys/ un-ban these? I'd really like to get back into the swing of things before Diablo 3 comes out in the next year or so, But I don't think I should buy new copies of the game.

Did you purchase these from a second-hand game shop? If so, that's probably why they were in there.
