Crashing after patch 3 and 4
by Rigly.nmh | 11/03/2010 09:42:21![]() hello. I crash a lot like 5-10 minutes in. I've read a lot of threads about this, but it's hard to figure out why. ---------------- System Information ---------------- Time of this report: 3/11/2010, 02:35:27 Machine name: RIGLY Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.09071 Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard System Model: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC BIOS: Default System BIOS Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 4064MB RAM Page File: 1548MB used, 6576MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7600.16385 32bit Unicode --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc. I have tried installing an updated version of the ATI drivers, but they are designed for the desktop version. I've tried using the old ATI drivers that my manufacturer supplies (8.632.0.0 A) but it doesn't really solve anything. What should I do? The game is weird in that it can sometimes last for 40 minute games, but sometimes die in 5. what's up? |
