Everytime I try to play a game of SC2 I have significant lag, and downloading maps take up to 50 minutes. I have tested my connection and it is perfectly fine (heck WoW is running with like 40ms.) However something weird is also going on, everytime I alt tab out of the game and back in my lag stops for like 2 seconds, suddendly whatever map I was downloading is done even tho is stayed at 10% for like 10 minutes.

When I am ingame it basically just stands still for 10 seconds at a time every 10th second, which makes it hard to play the game. And I can click buttons and everything it is not a FPS issue its simply my connection being blocked or something, cause I alt tab out and back in and suddendly everything is fine for about 5 sec then its back to lag again.

Anyone know the cause of this and have a fix? would be awesome.
