I certainly can produce the text, but not so much the images. But my girlfriend can. Would we be able to give permission for one person to receive the prize? Or perhaps split the CD keys and let us decide via e-mail etc which merchandise we get (not an important issue, really)?

What about gifted works? If the artist gives the artwork to the scripter or vice versa, then that person has ownership over it. Would that be okay? Is there a preferred / good way to prove it's been given?

As a side note, I also am concerned (only a little) about the use of the comic after submission (regardless if it wins). Are we still able to use as we wish, or does it become the "sponsor's" property?
