Cavez -- I Have Some Questions
by St]yoda | 29/01/2009 20:10:30![]() I am from Sweden and I am currently studying computer science of engineering. I know that this is good point to start at, but I do not really know where to go next. I know I can start by getting a job at a Swedish game company, but I want to know if there is any idea at all to apply for a job at Blizzard directly after graduation or are you only looking for people with previous experience in developing games? I have also heard that making your own demo-game is a very good start. Also, do you see any difficulties in hiring anyone outside of the USA? How common is it? EDIT: Sorry for posting here, but I don't think you read the "Off-Topic" [ Post edited by St]yoda ] |

We have a job listing on the web site. Sometimes we are looking for entry-level developers and sometimes we are looking for experienced developers. Check out the site and see what you think you are a good fit for. Blizzard is an international company with offices all over the world. Our Irvine office frequently hires developers from Europe, Asia, South and Central America, etc. We always encourage people who have a strong skill set and a passion for our titles to apply for positions that match their abilities. Good luck.=) |
