Everytime i try to connect battle.net europe it sends me back to the screen where i can choose a connection, us west/east and asia seem to work fine. Is the server down or what, any solutions ?

- Rapidly connecting and disconnecting to Battle.net
- Creating or joining numerous games within a short time period such as "Magic finding" or "Baal runs"

- In game latency caused by excessive spell effects
