I started a new campaign in WC3, got to lvl 6 (The Culling) and all I get is a black screen. I reinstalled the game and noticed that updating the game causes this problem. Leaving it at version 1.00 or 1.07 after installing TFT is ok, level 6 will load, but updating to 1.24xxx stops this level from loading.

I've already submitted a support form to Blizzard about this, just wanted to see how many people this is affecting, so could you all please check if you can load Human lvl 6 in WC3 with your game up-to-date? I have this problem on 2 PCs, one running Win 7 and the other XP. Hopefully Blizzard can fix this in the next patch (if they're still patching this game).

This is actually a bug with the last patch. It affects both PCs and Macs equally. To get around it, you can skip Chapter 6 by using the Motherland cheat listed below:

Stuck on a single-player mission? These cheat codes can provide you with that "edge" you're looking for. To use a cheat code, press the enter key, type in the code, and press enter again. The message "Cheat Enabled" should appear. Note that these codes only work in single-player missions.

level jump: Motherland [race] [level] (i.e. 'motherland human 04' will jump you to campaign level 3) Note - The level number must include interludes. So, to get to Human 9, you must actually type 'motherland human 12' since there are 3 interludes in that campaign.

Well, I haven't seen any other levels that has the same issue, but if you run across any, please, let us know.

And, it's been reported to those who fix such bugs so I would hope to see it fixed in a future patch.
