Since 3 days, i cant join or create games on USEast... when i try to either join or create, it says Game does not exist...

However i can join/create successfully on USWest...

help please..

The "Failed to Join Game" error can be caused by few different things.

First, if a Ladder character tries to join a game created by a Non-Ladder character, they will get the error: "Unable to Enter Game" or "Failed to Join Game".

This error may also be caused by firewalls and other background network applications (such as popup blockers). Try disabling any firewalls or other applications you have running to see if the problem is resolved. If you are still receiving this error then you may need to configure your firewall to work with the game or remove it completely. Also, this error may just be a temporary connection problem resulting from a recent disconnection from Battle.net. You may want to create a new character and see if the problem exists with all of your characters or only with one character.
